The Lids Foundation and The Arc share a vision of a world in which people with disabilities have the resources needed to lead active, healthy lives on their own terms.
Whether they are playing a sport or cheering on their favorite team, people with disabilities deserve to be valued and included in all aspects of life. Sports are a big part of our society, and the experiences we share help us recognize what we have in common and build connections.
In August, we’re working together with Lids—in stores nationwide—to tell the story of The Arc and our mission!

About The Arc
The Arc is the largest national community-based organization advocating for and with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and serving them and their families.
With nearly 600 state and local chapters across the country, we are on the frontlines helping people with IDD and their families across the arc of a lifetime.

The Lids Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and the philanthropic support arm of Lids Sports Group. The Lids Foundation works to engage young people in the communities where Lids Sports Group operates to become active in sports-related activities that promote healthy lifestyles as well as leadership and growth opportunities.
